While creating a time card, the Person Search is missing on the classic Time Management > Team Time Cards area. This occurs after creating a new rule in the HCM Design Studio, publishing the sandbox, and then deleting the rule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Design Studio rule for (Action) = (Time Cards)
2. Attempt to Create a new time card in Time Management > Team Time Cards
3. Select a date and click OK > Error occurs
