Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to reassign approval transaction of someone else, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Invalid action on workflow task or user does not have the privilege to perform this action


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. TAC
2. Open transaction
3. Reassign transaction
4. error
