PRC:PO: One-time Location Is Lost When The PO Schedule Is Split

Goal
The user has created a requisition with a one-time deliver-to location. The PO line is created and approved from the requisition.
Then, there is a need to split the PO schedule in order to reflect different delivery dates.
User does that by creating a requester initiated change order.
We observe that the new schedule does not show the one-time deliver-to location from the original schedule.
There seems to be no way to correct this.
