Why The Service Type Is Not Available In The Mapping Sets For SLA ?

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Setup and Configuration
Service Type in Mapping Sets issue
The user is unable to find the Service Type in Mapping Sets .
As per business requirement, the user has to createg Mapping Set with Service Type , Work type and Project Type.
But for Task Service type, created a value set and appending in Mapping set definition, but it asking to provide the value for Look up Type.
The user is not able to see the required look up value.
The user is trying to Select LOOKUP_TYPE='PJF_SERVICE_TYPE' but not able to see in the LOV of Lookup type.
Please suggest what value to select in the look up Type ?
