Goal

On: MFCS/ReSA 19.3.007.5 version

The Sales Audit Notifications via RAF do not work.

Steps to Recreate
-----------------------
1. Setup a ReSA total
2. Ensure there is no GL mapping for the total
3. Run SAEXPGL.PC before EOM
4. Set up the All Notifications in Sales Audit UI
5. Create a group and assign a role to the test user
6. Enter the test user's email address
6. Run SAEXPGL.PC before EOM
7. This batch should alert in the UI and send an email.
