Goal

Having Issue with Punchout Requisitions created with Inactive Suppliers

1.Unexpectedly Punchout requisitions are created with Inactive Supplier.

2.When PRs are created, for few PRs supplier name is partially populated and for few other PRs Supplier name is populated completely.

3.Then Supplier Inactive date is moved to a future date so that supplier is active now.

4. When trying to convert PRs to POs by running Generate Orders , the PRs are not getting converted to POs and showing below erros

PO_RTP_SUPP_NOT_KNOWN and

PO_RTP_SUPP_INACTIVE

Need answer for the below

1. What is the reason only Partial supplier name is populated on PRs
2. When supplier is activated then why it is still showing Supplier is inactive on PR
3. How to process these PRs to POs automatically. Not manually from Process Requisitions.
4. How Can We Stop Creating a Punchout Requisition if the Supplier is Inactive
