CommerceItem Update: When Updating only One CommerceItem, the Other Items gets Removed from the CommerceItems Array (Doc ID 2916426.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Attempting to update the order with commerceItemIds, the items are missed from the order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If we are updating a few commerceitemIds from an order and leave the others, they should not disappear from the order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Place one order in store site.
2. Once the order is placed, execute the updateOrder API.
3. Observe the API gives 200 response but the GET call does not show all the items that were originally present in the Order.
