Symptoms
In Xstore V19.0.1:
Xoffice Serialized indicator is not persisting when creating/updating serialized item in MFCS.
-The items serialized indicator is set correctly in SIOCS.
-In Xoffice, both items show as not serialized (checkbox is not checked).
-In Xstore the serialized indicator is set to true.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/update an item in MFCS to be serialized.
2. Wait for the item data to be sent to Xoffice and Xstore and validate the change in both locations.
3. In Xstore, perform a verified return of a serialized item.
Expected: When the item is returned in Xstore, the serialized item should be prompted after scanning the item for return.
Actual: The return does not prompt for the serial number and as such the number is not persisted to Xoffice and Sales Audit systems.
