OAT Load Hierarchy Task Is In Progress Even though Task Completed (Doc ID 2916862.1)

Goal

When trying to load a product hierarchy file using the Oat Load Hierarchy System Admin Task, the task is taking more than 1 hour with "in-progress" status and the log file shows error "Service 'loadHier' failed with return code 1" and "Calling section logoff". However, the lower level log indicates the task completed.
