Users Are Not Receiving Emails When Their Password Is Reset Using the Auto-Generate Password Feature in Oracle Cloud Primavera Administration (Doc ID 2916894.1)

When resetting a user's password, using the Auto-generate option in Primavera Administration, the user does not receive an email notifying them the password needs to be reset.


1. On the User Administration tab, select the check box for a user account.
2. Click Reset Password.
3. Select "Auto-generate the Password" to send the user an email containing a link to allow them to change their own password.
4. Observe the email is not received by the user.
