Symptoms

An error with COM.ORACLE.APEX.AUTHN.INTERNAL.APEX occurs in non-INTERNAL workspace when clicking "Change Workspace" if you are using SAML or Social Sign-In for your workspace Authentication Scheme and have set a language other than English.
