Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Service Request

When attempting to provide response through smart text,
the following error occurs.

random smart text gets attached to the screen


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an SR
2. Create a response with smart text
3. save and close the SR

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use smart test in response.
