Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

The records in OKC_CONTACTS has the Major Version which does not match the Major Version of the OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B and OKC_K_PARTY_ROLES_B records.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
--------------------
Major Version value in OKC_CONTACTS should be matching the Major Version value of OKC_PARTY_ROLES_B and OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B table records.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
--------------------
- Select the contract records that has multiple revisions from OKC_PARTY_ROLES_B and OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B tables and note the Major Version value.
- Query the OKC_CONTACTS table for the same contract and notice the Major Version value is always 1 and does not have records for other Major Version records that are available in OKC_PARTY_ROLES_B and OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B tables.
