Absence Pattern 'Childbirth Or Placement' with type having Hours UOM is not giving the correct Absence Duration for night shift employee cases.

Example : Employee has a work schedule of 9 hours from 08 PM to next day 5 AM (night shift).

If employee apply a leave for 1 day of childbirth/replacement pattern, system consider the duration as 8.98 hours, instead of 9 hours.
