Qn1:Once user schedule the program but now that user leave the company. So now we want to cancel those ESS job from other user .

But we are getting error"The selected request could not be canceled because of the reason: ESS-02003 User XXXXX does not have sufficient privilege to perform operation cancelRequest on request XXXXXX."
