Symptoms
When trying to delete a trust, the error message below appears.
Please advise how to delete a Trust that has never ever been used.

You cant delete a parent record when child records exist. (BEN-990391)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Benefits > Create Trust >Trust is NEVER used/assigned
