ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ESS Job "Send Service Contract Billing Information to Receivables" completing in Error : ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ESS Job "Send Service Contract Billing Information to Receivables" should complete normal and contract billing information should be interfaced to AR.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ESS Job "Send Service Contract Billing Information to Receivables" and the program completes in error. The log message has ORA-20969: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small error.
