Symptoms

On : NA version, Application Management

Migration has failed for ownership.

ERROR
-----------------------
/Relational Data/Ownership Data :- LCM import is rejected because of locked entities in Ownership Data.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the application
2. Run the migration
3. Import the application
4. It errors out.
