Goal
Over time, completed Checklist (or Journey) task data gets accumulated in tables and users starts seeing slow response on the UI in certain navigations such as below:
Journeys (App) > Landing page is slow
Journeys (App) > Assigned Journeys is slow
Journeys (App) > From landing page > My Tasks is slow
Above UI experience may be same across all users.
Recommended best practice is to archive tasks data that is no longer needed using scheduled process.
