Goal

Created Custom template from existing Base Item template and included CFA worksheet, But not able to see "action" Column included in worksheet and there is no option to add the columns

Steps to Recreate:

1. Select Item base template.
2. Create custom template by selecting creating for exist from action menu.
3. Included CFA worksheet along with Item Mater and other worksheet.
