Symptoms

When attempting to create a new Receivables application rule, the following error occurs:

You can only enable the Rounding Correction option on 1 line type of the application rule set. (AR-856280)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance > Financials
2. Search Task:Manage Application Rule Sets
3. Create new rule
