- DB home image based patching failed with "DCS-10140:Failed to start TFA service"

- DCS log shows:

- Trying to check TFA status manually:

# /u01/app/oracle.ahf/tfa/bin/tfactl status
/bin/grep: /u01/app/oracle.ahf/ No such file or directory
AHF-00003: AHF Python [] not found. Please check and try again

- Updated infra by using "dbcli update-infra" but that didn't resolve TFA issue.
