Symptoms

Sacreatertlog.ksh batch is not checking for SA_SYSTEM_OPTIONS.CHECK_DUP_MISS_TRAN.
When SA_SYSTEM_OPTIONS.CHECK_DUP_MISS_TRAN option is set to 'N' but still getting DUP_TRAN error.
