Fusion Time and Labor: Back Button (<) on the Webclock Page is not Working

Symptoms
The Back button is not functioning as expected. The expectation is the back button should return the user to the Me Group on the Home page.
The Home icon returns the user to the springboard.
The behavior can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) ME > Web Clock >click on the Back Button
