Fusion Global HR: Journey Display Property Does Not Apply When the Task Is Assigned to Self (Doc ID 2918894.1)

Last updated on JUNE 19, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service - Version 11.13.22.07.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On the Journey/Checklist Template, display setting for Edit task, Reassign task, and Remove task is set to 'Hide' in the task but these options still appear if the employee assigns the journey to themselves.

End user still can edit, reassign, and remove task when self assigned.

Navigation: Journey > explore > select journey > Add to my Journey

1. Under display settings of both checklist and task, the task property 'Edit a task', 'Reassign a task' and 'Remove a task' is set to Hide for all 'Performer', 'owner', 'line manager' & 'Other user'
2. After setting the above > HR user logs in > Journeys > search for above journey > Actions > Assign to my journeys (assigning to self)
3. Open the journey > 'Edit Task', 'Reassign task' & 'Remove Task' are displayed under options
4. If the same journey is assigned to other user instead of self assign, then the options 'Edit Task', 'Reassign task' & 'Remove Task' are not shown which is as expected.

The issue is only when Journey is assigned to self.
