Goal
Bank Account Security does not work during Payment Process Request (PPR) - Autoselect process.
When an un-authorized user for this bank account run a Payment Process Request (PPR) using this Payment Process Request Template the system will select installment then create the payment like regardless of the Security setup for the bank account.
The expected behavior was no installment would be found since the user running the PPR is not authorized to use this ban account
