Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When opening a Cost type Business Process (BP) record that has a calculation Data Element (DE) configured to 2 decimals on the upper form, the DE on the upper form will show the incorrect value. When the user clicks on the line item tab, then clicks back to Upper Form, the DE shows the correct
value.
For e.g, one DE in upper form shows -1,234,567.24 which is not correct , after clicking on Line Item and then coming to upper form, it's showing the correct value -1,234,567.25

It worked previously.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Rounding Off Should happen: for e.g -1,234,567.245, after rounding off it is expected to be -1,234,567.25.
