USM integration error LogFireToRibReceipt

You have a problem with the integration of OWMS to MFCS LogFireToRibReceipt, is sending the following error in USM "503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A receipt was created in OWMS
2. The output file was created in OWMS and sent to USM
3. The message was reviewed in USM and the error is seen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, receipt information is not reaching MFCS from OWMS.
