Fusion Benefits: Receiving Error While Trying to add a New Dependent During Open Enrollment (Doc ID 2919755.1)

When attempting to enter dependents and click continue on employee self service for open,
the following error occurs.

 You need to select more options to enroll in this plan. Select at least 1 options. The plan name is Spouse/Domestic Partner Supplemental Life. You selected 0 options

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enroll for open.
