Data Pickers Ignore Filters Which is Created on Check Boxes Type Data Element (Doc ID 2919895.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Data Pickers ignore other filters if there is one filter which is created on Check Boxes type Data Element.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to uDesigner.
  2. Go to the problem Business Process (BP).
  3. Open, select Data Picker. The Data Picker Configuration window will open.
  4. Defined one Query Condition based on one Check Boxes type Data Element.
  5. Save and deploy the BP.
  6. Go to the BP records, can see that once a check box DE is included in the Query Conditions of a Data Picker, the other conditions are ignored.
  7. Go back to step 4, remove the Query Condition which is created based on one Check Boxes type Data Element. Then other conditions are effective now.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Data Pickers work well with Check Boxes type Filters.
