Symptoms

SoHdrDel messages are failing getting into LogFire after tsf_prg

1. Create a transfers and receive it fully in RMS
2. Configure the system (system options) to consider a suitable purge period for transfers
3. Wait for the batch to run (tsf_prg) and validate that the SoHdrDel is created and fails getting into LogFire
