Older PDF Files Uploaded During 2018 Calendar Year Were Not Previously Virus Scanned And Now Fail to View and Download Correctly (Doc ID 2920380.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Older PDF files uploaded during 2018 calendar year that were not originally Virus scanned when uploaded will now fail to view and download successfully.  For example, the PDF click-once download file name is a random, numeric number without a PDF extension.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. From Files > File List page
  2. Select any older PDF file uploaded during 2018
  3. Select PDF file for click-once download
  4. Result: Virus scan Warning message and PDF saved as random numeric name

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ability to view and download older PDF files uploaded during 2018 calendar year as expected with click-once launch and download with the correct, original file name.
