Symptoms

Unable to associate Country with the seeded Action Code - MANAGER_CHANGE

When trying to associate few countries to a delivered Action "Manager Change". For the Action when clicked on the countries in the drop down, similar message pops up - "[Ljava.lang.Object;@3cd442e8"
