Goal

PriceChange_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_EXTERNAL failing (PROD)

The PriceChange_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_EXTERNAL is failing in Production.
It was working fine this morning but it started failing after the maintenance activity today in Merch SaaS ("MFCS & RICS Annual Security Maintenance and CPU Patching").
This is quite critical, since at the moment the client is not able to send any Price Changes from RPCS to the downstream systems.

Steps To Verify:

1) Login to BDI in the PROD environment.
2) Then in the "Process Flow Live" you can see that the "PriceChange_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS", the subprocess "PriceChange_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_EXTERNAL" is always failing.
3) Then go to the "System Logs" tab and see the exception in the PriceChange_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_EXTERNAL log.
