Symptoms

When attempting to generate performance details on the performance tab of a commerce action, the following error can be seen in the bm.log

[ERROR] com.bm.xchange.services.commerce.actions.CmActionPerformanceMapperServiceImpl.generatePerformanceMapForActionWithBsId(CmActionPerformanceMapperServiceImpl.java:406) - Error when running Commerce Action.
com.bm.xchange.util.BMSystemException: Unknown Error
