Symptoms

When attempting to create a Discussion, the following error occurs.

Error
An error occurred. Contact your help desk. (FND-2)
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain more details about this incident: Incident ID 29, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1,
Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Volunteering > Volunteering Teams
2. Click on Action on the right > Select 'Discuss' > Add
