Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Cost Management

While attempting to Execute the Create Cost Accounting Distributions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Invoice price adjustment is not created in cost accounting

In Receipt accounting Invoice price adjustment event is created with Invoice price adjustment account CR and Receiving inspection account DR. But in cost accounting there is no event created causing balance in Receiving inspection Account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the relevant Invoice Price Variances which got created in Receipt Accounting should have relevant Acquisition cost Entry in Costing side, so that Receipt Accounting would get nullified

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create a PO XXXX Match option PO and 3 way match
2) Receipt XX was created. Number of lines: 1. and Putway the Receipt
3) Transfer Transactions from Receiving to Costing
4) Transfer Transactions from Inventory to Costing
5) Create Receipt Accounting Distributions
6) Create Cost Accounting Distributions
7) Create an invoice XXXX06
8) Transfer Costs to cost management
9) Create Receipt Accounting Distributions
10) Create Cost Accounting Distributions
11) Cancel the Invoice XXXXX06
12) Transfer Costs to cost management
13) Create Receipt Accounting Distributions
14) Create Cost Accounting Distributions
