ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Eligibility Profile for self assignable life event not working

We have created an eligibility profile with the criteria that an employee is enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan. We have attached this eligibility profile to the Change HSA self assignable life event. Now no one is eligible for that life event, even if enrolled in High Deductible Health Plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Eligibility Profile on self-assigned life event should limit life event to HDHP/ HSA enrolled participants.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as EE enrolled in HDHP
2. Navigate to self-assignable life events
3. View list of available life events, required life event is not available with Eligibility Profile setup as is.
