BICC Extract Job fails with ERROR state when submitted with Schedule Notification (Doc ID 2920992.1)

Symptoms

The BICC extract job fails with an ERROR state when submitted with Schedule Notification. There is no loss of data as the data extraction activity completes extracting the data. However, it fails with the email notification delivery on the Start/Success/Failure status of the job.

STEPS

  1. Login into BIACM URL
  2. Navigate to Manage Extract Schedule
  3. Schedule the Extract
  4. Job completes with Error State.
