On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Launch UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While importing the Product Model json file, Ends with Error.

E.g. Error:  failed for row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000030550501 204 ] in ItemOrgAssociationEO


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to import the file successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Catalog -> Administration (Job Management) -> Import Job > Import -> File Name is selected -> Import
2. Ends with error.
