ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
The Contract history doesn't display the Assignee name and Outcome as reassigned.
Users can't see the outcome as reassigned transaction on the Contract > History tab.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Users are expecting to see the outcome on the "Contract > History Tab"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an Active Contract with more than a month old Approved date
2. Go to History Tab
3. Expand the Approval History section
4. See that there is no Assignee Name or Outcome available
