Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to convert a pending worker,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Pending Worker quick action
2. Search for the user and select the convert action
3. Error is thrown

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot convert a pending worker.
