Gl_Cross_Reference Template Loaded Successfully Through UI But Not Reflecting In FIF_GL_CROSS_REF (Doc ID 2921461.1)

When trying to loaded the ods template for Gl_Cross_Reference through MFCS UI (with 10 segments populated) it shows as loaded successfully in UI.

However, data is not getting created in table (FIF_GL_CROSS_REF), and when download the template the records are missing.
