Extract which has been built to capture deleted work relationship and assignment details is not pulling assignment details any more.
This issue is seen after 22D upgrade.


Steps to reproduce
------------
My client groups->data exchange->extract->submit extract which uses HRC_EVT_OBJ_CHANGES_UE ->observe that extract is pulling only period of service data but not assignment data for the deleted workrelationships
