On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

HCM Extract issue: Dependent UE not able to join with passport/visa historical UE

In the HCM extract, there is a contact user entity to retrieve the Family and Emergency data: PER_PER_CONTACT_RELATIONSHIPS_UE.
The extract is not able to retrieve passport and visa historical data, the user entity that tied to the PER_PER_CONTACT_RELATIONSHIPS_UE are:
1. PER_PER_PASSPORT_UE
2. PER_PER_ALL_VISA_PERMITS_UE

Is there an issue with the user entity?
