ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Variable Values Are Duplicating after downloading Contract in Word
When user is downloading a Contract document for modifications, they are able to see variables having duplicate occurrences. When checked the variable reference, it is showing single variable control but having duplicate values.
For ex. If Start date variable should have 1/1/2023, the values are actually showing like 1/1/20231/1/2023.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Values should not get duplicated in Contract terms word download
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Contract Management-->Contracts--> search(contract number)
GO TO: Contract Terms--> add terms template-->Refresh--> enter variable values
Terms Action--> Download Contracts-> WORD--> OK
OPEN word file--> Variable values are Duplicated in word document.
