Cancel Change Order

The change order has one or more validation errors

Change Order Canceled notification shows message:
This change order was canceled because it failed validation

Validation errors
the change order can't be implemented because additional receiving has happened since its submission
the change order can't be implemented because additional delivery occurred after its submission
