Symptoms
A Rate Record is configured with a Rate Cost that has three decimal places on the cost.
When this rate is used to create a shipment. The "Total Actual Cost" on the Financials tab of the Shipment differs from the "Shipment Cost" on the Cost grid of the Financials tab by a hundredth.
