No Project Is Listed in the OPC Workspace after an MSP XML Import Action Completes (Doc ID 2921862.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to import a Microsoft Project XML file to a Workspace in Oracle Primavera Cloud, the user gets the job notifications showing the job as Scheduled, then Started, then Completed; but the imported project is not displayed.

The following errors can be seen by an administrator in the Integration > Monitor logs (Specifically in: Update Destination > Primavera Cloud Project Exception):

Errors from Primavera Cloud

Calendar: -100 -> null create -> error
Message: CALENDAR with ID -100 for action CREATE is failing with the error CalendarID1: Already exists. Enter a unique value. (PRM-006000008) (PRM-001003233)

Calendar: -101 -> null create -> error
Message: CALENDAR with ID -101 for action CREATE is failing with the error CalendarID2: Already exists. Enter a unique value. (PRM-006000008) (PRM-001003233)

Project: -100 -> null create -> error
Message: PROJECT with ID -100 for action CREATE is failing with the error Calendar with ID -100 does not exist or has been deleted. (PRM-000000030) (PRM-001003233)

Resource: -100 ->84301 create -> error
Message: RESOURCE with ID -100 for action CREATE is failing with the error Calendar with ID -101 does not exist or has been deleted. (PRM-000000030) (PRM-001003233)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The imported project should be visible in the Workspace.
