Shrinking Responses issue in the Potential Assessment Questionnaire

While trying to create questions in the Potential Assessment Questionnaire the responses in the Question does not appear initially until we  zoom out and resize the question pop up  box . What is the best way to do it to avoid users performing the zoom outs multiple times?
